All Three Cheers Blooms arrangements are shipped via FedEx Overnight. Packages typically arrive by midday on your selected delivery date.
If your order doesn’t arrive as expected, please email us and we’ll walk you through the options available to make it right.
Order by 5:00 PM ET to be eligible for next‑day delivery. If a delivery date is unavailable, we’ve unfortunately sold out for that day

Your flowers have traveled far to reach you, so please place them in fresh, room‑temperature water as soon as possible. Any flat or drooping petals should perk up with water and the included flower food.
If a petal is bruised during transit, don’t worry, your flowers aren’t ruined. Simply remove that petal.Remove any foliage that may be submerged in water
Trim stems at a 45‑degree angle to help flowers drink more easily
For best longevity, change the water and re‑trim stems every 2-3 days
Place your bouquet in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat

1. What is your refund policy for floral gifts?
Because our flowers are fresh and thoughtfully prepared just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on perishable items such as flowers or plants. We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, personal care items, or materials considered hazardous or flammable. If something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, please don’t hesitate to email bloom@threecheersblooms.com we’re always happy to review and help where we can.2. What if I’m concerned about the quality of my bouquet?
We put so much love and care into every arrangement and want your bouquet to arrive looking beautiful. If you have any concerns about the quality of your flowers, please contact us as soon as your bouquet arrives so we can take care of it and make things right.3. What if my bouquet arrives later than expected?
If your bouquet arrives a day later than your selected delivery date, please email us a photo of the flowers at bloom@threecheersblooms.com so we can assess their condition. Our blooms are packaged with care and hydration, so they arrive fresh with minor delays. In the rare case your bouquet arrives more than one day late due to shipping, please reach out right away. Our team will do everything we can to support you. -
TERMS OF USE
This service is operated by Three Cheers Blooms and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Three Cheers Blooms”). By using or accessing Three Cheers Blooms services, communications, or ordering channels (including email contact at bloom@threecheersblooms.com), you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”).
Please read this Agreement carefully. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
In addition, when you use any current or future service, communication channel, or platform operated by Three Cheers Blooms, you will also be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please retain a copy of this Agreement for your records. We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted in an updated Terms of Use document, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. You should review this Agreement periodically.
USER COMMENTS
We welcome your comments about our services. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions, or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to us by any means, including email or other communication methods, shall be and remain the exclusive property of Three Cheers Blooms.
Your submission of any such Comments constitutes an irrevocable assignment to Three Cheers Blooms of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in any copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Accordingly, Three Cheers Blooms and its affiliates may use, reproduce, disclose, publish, and distribute such material for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction or compensation. Please do not submit confidential information or original creative materials you do not wish to assign to us.

Three Cheers Blooms and all associated names, logos, product names, designs, graphics, and trade dress are trademarks or trade dress of Three Cheers Blooms or their respective owners, protected under United States and international trademark laws. All rights are reserved.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you any license or right to use any trademark, logo, or proprietary material of Three Cheers Blooms without prior written consent.
COPYRIGHT
All content, including text, images, photographs, graphics, design elements, and other materials associated with Three Cheers Blooms, are owned by or licensed to Three Cheers Blooms and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, publish, sell, or use any content for commercial purposes without express written consent from Three Cheers Blooms.

Three Cheers Blooms grants you a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive license to access and use our services for personal purposes. This license does not allow any commercial use, resale, data mining, copying of account information, or exploitation of content without express written consent.
Any unauthorized use will immediately terminate the license granted by Three Cheers Blooms.
You may create a hyperlink to Three Cheers Blooms’ home or primary ordering contact provided it is not misleading, derogatory, or offensive and does not use any logo or trademark without written permission.
THIRD-PARTY AND CO-BRANDED SERVICES
Our services may include references or links to third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. Three Cheers Blooms does not endorse or control third-party services and is not responsible for any transactions, losses, or damages that may result from your dealings with any third party.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use our services only for lawful purposes. All information you provide in connection with an order or transaction must be accurate and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred using your payment method, including applicable taxes.

Products are delivered via independent carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free or current. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Three Cheers Blooms, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of this Agreement.
COLORS
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Cheers Blooms disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Three Cheers Blooms shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, in which case applicable rights may vary.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved by confidential arbitration in Denver County, Colorado, under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Three Cheers Blooms may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. No arbitration shall be joined with any class or group proceeding.
MISCELLANEOUS LEGAL PROVISIONS
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Three Cheers Blooms.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Three Cheers Blooms.
